Thank you for choosing our doggie daycare! Our mission is to provide your dog with the highest quality of care in a safe, fun and stimulating environment. The purpose of our enrollment requirements and regulations is to ensure the health and safety of your dog and all our guests.

Please read through the following information carefully.

Requirements to Join Doggie Daycare

Dogs must be 8 weeks of age or older.
  • Dogs must be 8 weeks of age or older.
  • The dog must be non-aggressive towards humans and other dogs and cannot be protective of toys or water and must pass our pre-enrollment temperament evaluation*.
  • The dog must not have harmed or shown any aggressive or threatening behavior towards any person or any other dogs. The dog must be in good health.
  • No illness within the last 30 days
  • Free from internal and external parasites.
  •  All daycare dogs must be on flea preventative.
  • No flea collars are to be worn during daycare for the dog’s safety.
  • Current on immunizations. Proof of Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella & Rabies vaccinations is required.
  •  (Rabies is required for all dogs over 4 months of age)
  • All dogs over 6 months of age must be spayed or neutered to continue to participate in daycare. Dogs younger than 6 months are welcome and encouraged to enjoy doggie daycare, however, once they reach 6 months of age they must be fixed. Staff may request they be spayed or neutered earlier than 6 months if they notice any questionable behavior that is not safe for group play.

Temperament Evaluation*

To ensure the enjoyment and safety of all dogs, each applicant will undergo a pre-enrollment temperament evaluation. This scheduled evaluation will give us a chance to meet your dog and learn his unique personality and individual needs and determine if doggie day care is right for your dog. During the evaluation we will interact with and observe your dog as we present and set up specific, controlled situations. Please plan on allowing a minimum of 30 minutes for the evaluation. Your dog is welcome to stay for the entire day if needed, and in the event the dog does not pass the evaluation they will be day boarded with no interaction with other dogs. There is a $35 non-refundable application fee to cover cost of the temperament evaluation and trial day. If your dog does not participate in daycare for more than two months in a row, you may be required to complete another evaluation to ensure that the dog is still a good fit for the daycare play group.

What to Bring

Please have your dog’s vaccination records and allow yourself time to fill out our client information and pet packets. Please do not bring chain leashes or flexi/retractable leashes to daycare. All collars and harnesses are removed prior to joining in group play. Please see our Covid-19 precautions.

Drop Off & Pick Up Guidelines

7:00 am to 9:30 am – Check – In
4:00 pm to 6:45 pm – Full Day Pick-Up

Dogs picked up after 7:00pm will be assessed a late fee of $10. All dogs not picked up by 7:30 pm will be checked in to Pampered Pup Luxury Pet Resort for an overnight stay for an additional boarding fee.

Reservations are encouraged for those not on a continuous schedule.

Half day visits are available as well for $15.

Temperament evaluations by appointment only Monday through Thursday.

Feeding During Daycare

You may bring a midday meal and snacks, but most adult dogs are fed at home before or after daycare. If there is a medical concern that requires your dog to eat while at daycare please let the staff know so we can make the proper arrangements.

Feeding During Daycare

Your dog’s nails must be kept short and filed. Long and jagged nails can be dangerous to the other dogs and staff. If you need your dog’s nails clipped and/or filed, our professional pet stylists will provide that service for a small additional fee. Please see our Covid-19 precautions.

What to expect when you pick your dog up from Doggie Day Care:

Your dog may be very tired sometimes – and probably this is a good thing!

Your dog will be very excited to see you - not because he didn't have a good time, but because HE LOVES YOU. Your dog may drink a lot of water when they get home. Fresh water is always available for your dog, but sometimes dogs are having too much fun to stop and get a drink! We do our best to remind them to drink by taking them over to the dishes, but as they say, “you can lead a dog to water.....”

is in good health and has not been ill with any communicable conditions within the past 30 days. As the owner of the above referenced dog, I understand that Pampered Pup and its employees will exercise due care to protect the health and safety of my dog while in their care. I understand that the concept of doggie daycare is to allow for dogs to be socialized by interacting with people and dogs. As always, with the interaction of dogs there is a chance of injury. I understand that all reasonable care will be taken to prevent unnecessary injury and therefore assume all risk of injury to my dog while at Pampered Pup, LLC. I hereby waive and release Pampered Pup, LLC and its employees from any and all liability of any nature for any injury, death, or loss of my dog resulting from participation in any and all activities or from the action of my dog or any other dog while in the custody of, or on the grounds or surrounding area Pampered Pup, LLC 2709 Mays Landing Road, Millville, NJ 08332. . If my dog causes injury to another dog or a person while at Pampered Pup, I will assume all liability for these actions and agree to indemnify and subrogate Pampered Pup, LLC from any action which may be brought against it and for any defense, settlement or judgment entered against Pampered Pup, LLC. I have been given a copy of the policies of dog day care and agree to abide by all policies and procedures. In the event that my dog becomes ill or sustains an injury, I authorize Pampered Pup, LLC and its representatives to obtain medical treatment and I will assume all financial responsibility for all medical expenses. I have read and agree to the Pampered Pup day care policies. I understand that my dog’s participation in Pampered Pup Doggie Day Care is by reservation. I agree to provide 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. No shows will be assessed your dog’s full daycare fee. Dogs picked up after 7:00pm will be assessed a late fee of $10. All dogs not picked up by 7:30 pm will be checked in to Pampered Pup Luxury Pet Resort for an overnight stay for an additional boarding fee.
