Meet The Pampered Pup Resort Staff
Danielle Harris is the owner of Pampered Pup, LLC since the spring of 2010. Danielle graduated from Delaware Valley University with a Bachelor of Science in Equine Science and Management including having studied both small and large animal science as well. During her four years at Del Val, Danielle worked handing horses of varying age and dispositions. She enjoyed her classes working with a wide variety of animals including pigs, cows and sheep. Now she cares for the horses, donkey, alpaca, goats, pigs, and assorted birds on the farm and oversees “the home away from home” experience for the dog and cat boarders, doggie daycare and grooming for dogs and cats. Whenever possible, Danielle enjoys riding her horse Casey through the trails on the farm. Fluffy often join Danielle on scenic walks through the woods with her husband Matthew, and his dog Apollo. Danielle enjoys continuing education classes in a variety of subjects. Through the local Rutgers Extension office Danielle completed multiple courses on a variety of subjects including bee keeping, pesticide management and herb classes. There is always more to learn and a fun new farm project in the works.
I enjoy taking my dog Aurora for walks and love to work on training with her. I like to spend my time drawing, horseback riding, watching animal related videos, & exploring.I love to go to different states camping and seeing all the new sights. I am currently in college studying to be a Veterinary Technician. I put a lot of the skills I learn there, here, for making sure your pets are comfortable with their environment and us as much as possible. I’m still learning and look forward to it everyday!I keep a wide array of pets. They are: Pets: Jack, Sally, & Buggie (cats) Aurora (dog), Ellie (Horse)
My name is Britney, I am 35 years old. I joined the Pampered Pup team because I truly enjoy working with animals. In my spare time I spend my days with my husband Mike, my dogs Chico, Darla and Chloe. Chico was our first pet. He is now 16 years old, Darla is my Lil princess. She's 12 years old and Chloe is our rescue dog and I think she's 7. Kono is my new Cane Corso who is just about a year old. My rabbits are Gizmo and Taz. I've been working around animals for a few years and there's still a lot I would like to learn. I'm trying to get my online classes going for Vet Tec and some animal behavior classes. My nephew Gage is the love of my life, I like to spend every minute we can, together.
Jessica joined our team November of 2015. She previously worked for the Cumberland County SPCA and Wilwynn Animal Hospital. During her time there, she gained valuable knowledge and experience which aids in her ability to excel at her position. She is currently a nursing major at Cumberland County College working diligently in her studies to complete her major with excellent grades. In her spare time she spends time with her family and her four dogs, Minnie, Milo, Madison and Franklin, as well as her cats, Kit Kat and Snuggles. Jess also volunteers as a foster mom for local rescues. Her love of animals is reflected in her work ethic and her genuine affection for our clients.
My name is Kara. I am newly married and have a beautiful rescue pit named Blue. I am a full time Medical Assistant, EKG Technician & Phlebotomist in a doctors office. Part time I work at in daycare and do all the photography here. My passion is rescuing and fostering animals of all types, big and small.
My name is Kim and I started working at Pampered Pup in April of 2021. I work full time for the State of NJ and I have to say this is the best part-time job I’ve ever had! I absolutely love animals! I grew up with pets my whole life and since then I knew I wanted to help them as much as I could. I began volunteering and fostering for our local shelter and loved every minute of it! I am the nightwalk attendant and I love giving your fur babies their nighttime potty walk with bedtime snuggles and snacks! If you would like bedtime pictures of your pet just ask! I can’t imagine my life not being surrounded by furry friends! I can’t wait to meet you and your pet family!
Kendra has been the biggest animal lover her whole life having; 5 dogs, 17 cats, a chinchilla, a hamster, a guinea pig, a bunny, and even a baby snake. She has kept many different animals, but dogs have definitely topped them all. In her junior year of high school she decided she wanted to have her own boarding and daycare business one day. She is currently going to Rowan College for Business/Entrepreneurship in hopes to open her business one day. Some other things about Kendra is that she is very into soccer and is still currently playing for her college and her travel team. She already broke the single-season record for goals and the all-time record for goals. Her awards in her soccer career are now All-State, All-Conference, All-Region, and was just nominated by Rowan College of South Jersey as their Conference Woman of the Year. She is such a passionate, hard worker and loves her job at Pampered Pup and all the staff and doggie friends she has made.
Ragan Hoffman is a recent graduate of Rider University where she received her BA. Ragan has always loved animals, especially dogs and horses, so she was glad to find a job where she gets to spend all her time with four legged friends! You can find her throwing endless tennis balls in Daycare or giving all the head scratches and belly rubs in Boarding. When not working she can be found with her German Sheppard, Remi, training and playing in the yard at home, Hanging with her family and friends or working at local theaters on musicals and plays. Ragan can’t wait to play and cuddle with your fur babies!
My name is Tori Brown and I started working at Pampered Pup in July of 2019. I’ve had dogs all my life and always held a special place in my heart for animals of all kinds! Working here has given me something to feel confident in given the fact that I’m familiar with taking care of dogs, but with that this job always challenges me to make sure every animal that stays with us is enjoying their stay and that’s extremely rewarding!
