At Pampered Pup Luxury Pet Resort, we take care to provide our customers high-quality services, personalized for their unique needs. We are very aware that you put a tremendous amount of faith and trust in us to care for your beloved pet. We understand this and we will never disregard our responsibility to you and your pet. We realize it is important that your pet be comfortable and safe. Supervision is of utmost concern to us.
Anytime the lobby is open, you are welcome to stop in for a tour and welcome packet. We're proud of our pet resort and our pet care staff, and we welcome your visit at any time during business hours. The size of the facility enables the staff to spend quality time with each guest. During each walk the dogs are attended to individually. The suites are refreshed, pillows are fluffed and waters are refilled. You pet is part of our family and treated as such.
Our most spacious suite available; the interior of a Royal Suite is 8' wide by 10' long, giving your pet(s) plenty of space to lounge in total comfort. Ideally suited to giant breeds, multi-dog stays, or those who just prefer a life of luxury, our Royal Suites feature a twin-bed with a comforter.
Our second most spacious suite available; the interior of a Deluxe Suite is 7' wide by 7' long, giving your pet(s) plenty of space to lounge in total comfort. Ideally suited to medium to large breeds, multi-dog stays, or those who just prefer a life of luxury, our Deluxe Suites feature a Kuranda dog bed.
The interior of a Classic Suite is 4' wide by 6' long, giving your pet(s) plenty of space to lounge in total comfort. Ideally suited to small to medium breeds, our Classic Suites feature a Kuranda dog bed.
Our smallest suite available; the interior of a Tiny Tot Suite is 4' wide by 4' long. It is ideally suited to small to medium breeds. Our Tiny Tots feature a small Kuranda dog bed.
You are welcome to pick up anytime 9 am to 5 pm but if picking up after that time an additional day will be charged.
$20 per pet. Times are 6:30 AM - 9 AM. Late pick up 5pm or later. (Contingent on staff availability). Excludes daycare.
$20 per pet - Available at a scheduled time, subject to staff availability.
$6 per 10 minutes to explore the property on a controlled leash walk.
$8 per 15 minutes of one-on-one exercise in our fenced play area.
For $5, we offer frozen peanut butter Kongs as a boarding enhancement.
$1 to $3 per administration, based upon required method. Unless pre-mixed in individual food packets.
Additional Dogs sharing a suite is $20 per night per pet. Dogs that need to be fed separately are $30 per night for the second pet.
Food from home is always encouraged. It is best for your dog to stick to their usual diet while away from home. Whatever you dog is used to, we encourage you to bring for their stay. We have microwaves, refrigerators and freezers to ensure optimum freshness no matter what your dog is used to. We understand leaving your dog can be stressful but do not try something new for the first time while they are away from home. Let us stick as closely as possible to their home routine to avoid digestive upset.
Beds and blankets are included for all guests and a full size twin bed is available in our royal suite. You may also bring your own bedding to help make your pet's stay more comfortable. A t-shirt or towel from home is also suggested for dogs who may appreciate the smell of home during their visit. Please be aware, even if your pet does not rip bedding at home, they may not be so gentle with the items you leave with them while visiting. The items must be washable and not pose an obvious choking hazard.
Treats or toys from home are encouraged to make your pet's stay as comfortable as possible. Please do not bring any toys or treats that your dog has never had before. They must not pose an obvious choking hazard.
All dogs must be up to date on their Bordetella, Parvo/Distemper, and Rabies vaccines. Proof must be provided at check in.
